My Resume

I am 25 Years old, and was named after my British Grandfather  (Alfred Joseph) being named Adam Joseph (but everyone calls me A.J.! My interests are many. I have always enjoyed reading about history, and follow the history channel whenever I am in New York. I have also always enjoyed aviation, and flew solo when I was 16 years of age at Embry-Riddle University in Daytona Beach, Florida.  I had been accepted to Embry-Riddle after High School, but chose to train for the 2006 Olympics which is a year-round commitment. However, I am enrolled in Distance Learning at Embry-Riddle, and am hoping to slowly obtain my B.S. in Aeronautics and one day become that pilot.

A.J. grew up in Westchester, played football when he was younger (being MVP Once, Runner Up twice in the Pop Warner Youth Tackle League), and is enjoying his  British heritage immensely. Traveling with fellow Brits has enabled A.J.  to enjoy many of the British sitcoms and programs. A.J. says " A sitcom I really enjoy is "Little Britain" and I hope that no-one will see me as that 'Olympic athlete traveling around giving speeches with nothing to say and making a fool of himself!!"

It felt strange to be standing there, but I was also quite proud....Didn't get a good photo for this year.. but 2007 was the second year of Award Presentation

Giving the "Power to Excel Award" 2006

"This Award is in recognition to the student who has perevered on a consistant basis to overcome his/her physical or learning disability and who strives for excellence in the academic setting..." I would see the Students with straight 'A's get all of the awards upon graduation, and I thought that here was the student who had to REALLY work hard to get ahead, and through their determination and effort, they were the ones deserving of some recognition, I have given the award each year for the past 3 years, and it has been a pleasure.

I love all foods.... Good German food when I am away, and a nice juicy steak when I am home! But-  never order barbecue ribs in Austria - wrong choice!

Here's a list of some of my favorite movies:

Monty Python's Holy Grail

Here's a list of some of my favorite music:

My parents took me to see Paul McCartney when I was younger, and I must admit - I have always enjoyed the Beatles since then... but in the car, I will always play Hip Hop and R & B....

Speed is not an option - but a NECESSITY!
